Many of you have been asking me what my favorite massage tools are.  So, I’ve put together a few of the things that I just can’t imagine living without.  None of them are expensive, although I have included a couple of “deluxe” models for those of you who always go top of the line. Let’s start off with HANDHELD MASSAGERS:

Its percussion action provides a relaxing invigorating massage with or without heat.

OK. Now let’s move on to something that I absolutely could not have lived without!

This is the “cane” massager.

No, not that kind of cane.  Here’s the one I have:  The Thera Cane Massager $27.93

This tool will reach ANY impossible spot that you cannot reach yourself, whether a single sore or tight muscle or that blasted itch right in the middle of your back!  Really, I don’t know how anyone gets through a day with one of these little gems.

Wooden Foot Rollers  $9.97

We must not forget about our precious feet, our tired precious feet!  If you’ve never used one of these wooden rollers on your feet, you have no idea what you’re missing out on.    I know you have seen them before. They’re everywhere and they are really inexpensive. Under ten bucks. Yeah!  Here’s a very basic model:
